Research Interests
My research interests are primarily in parent-child interactions in
traditional and nontraditional families such as cases involving
kinship care. Additional areas of interest include parenting strategy
efficacy, children's behavioral problems, the interaction of parent
and child variables, adolescent risky behavior, and the efficacy of
specific treatments such as PCIT.
Teaching Interests
My teaching interests include courses in abnormal psychology, child
clinical psychology, assessment, and treatment of psychopathology.
