- Monitors and maintains budget spreadsheet details for grants
- Organizes/coordinates written applications for proposals and other grant opportunities
- Coordinates the work of others who assist in the application process
- Provides grant-related guidance/encouragement for new faculty
- Functions as a liaison in researching funding opportunities for College

- Daily manages all Dean’s Office budgets
- Manages state-funded Teacher Quality (Action Agenda/PIE) budgets
- Monitors Foundation accounts paperwork
- Provides data for all part-time payrolls and overloads
- Serves as College budget information source for procedures and guidelines
- Verifies all Dean’s Office procurement expenditures
- Building Coordinator for Tate Page and Jones Jaggers Halls
- Coordinates social events for the College
- Maintains all CEBS personnel files
- Completes/processes electronic Form 4 approval for the Dean
- Deals with all phases of Graduate Assistant appointments

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as Secretary to the Dean (e.g., handles all mail; correspondence/calls; meetings/social functions)
- Serves as Secretary to the CEBS Administrative Council (e.g., takes/ transcribes all minutes and uploads to the CEBS website; works with Dean in preparing agendas)
- Edits CEBS documents and reports
- Schedules Dean’s Conference Room
- Prepares all faculty evaluations for submission to Provost
- Handles all aspects of Faculty Awards process
- Hires and supervises student workers for the Dean’s Office
- Prepares various reports and documents as requested by the Dean

MS. SUSAN KRISHER
PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clerical support for the Associate Deans
- Recording Secretary for the CEBS Curriculum Committee; Professional Education Council; and CEBS Academic Complaint Committee
- Works with all Comprehensive Exam matters
- Records/tracks Supervising Teacher Tuition Waivers
- Works with Independent Study forms; payroll for Tate Page Hall
- Works with depts. to schedule rooms for special events scheduling in TPH & JJH
- Processes student worker time sheets
- Advertises for all vacant faculty positions in CEBS
- Clerical support for Graduate Assistantships; Graduate Faculty appointments; Graduate Admissions
