Western Kentucky University, Teacher Education Model Program (W-TEMP)

An Innovative Master’s Degree Program for 2007-2009 Teacher Interns Teaching Elementary and Middle School Grades

Beginning in the Fall of 2007, Western will offer the New W-TEMP Program to a cohort of thirty first-year teacher interns.

W-TEMP is a two-year intensive Master’s Degree Program of thirty semester hours that provides special mentoring in KTIP in year one and continued fast-track professional development in year two.

You must have a qualifying GRE (Graduate Record Exam) score. Please visit Graduate Studies web site for more information.

If you are planning to be in the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program (KTIP) next year and teaching in an elementary or middle school, you are eligible to apply.
